She is focused on initiatives that impact people’s lives, and in 2012 she launched the Family Chateaux, a peer-to-peer community of Family Offices. Her Annual Family Chateaux Summit is designed to inform and educate the community on advancements in technology, health and wellness, and urbanization and how they will affect the businesses they own and invest in.

Tami sits on the board of a public company and is an advisory board member to both nonprofit and for profit companies.

Retired from a distinguished career as a US Army Ranger in 2001 where he served in Desert Storm, Desert Shield, served as the aide to the Commander of the US Army Special Operations Command, General Wayne Downing and became the Senior Enlisted Aide to the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff, General Hugh Shelton.

He has served on the Board of Trustees for many years with the Fisher House™ Foundation. He is further honored to serve as the only enlisted Emeritus Member, for the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College helping them further their mission of educating and developing leaders as a lead agent for the Army’s development programs.

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER, STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Strategy Specialist, with a focus on identifying key partners to help build businesses. Her background includes over 20 years in commercial real estate, with an advisory focus in health and wellness.

In 2016, she worked for Governor Andrew Cuomo as Director of Special Partnerships, where she helped to assemble the New York State Interfaith Advisory Council as well as the New York State Council on Women and Girls. She is passionate about aligning the interest of socially conscious for-profit businesses with the needs and infrastructure of the nonprofits sector.
